Rakesh Patel

CFO, Finance Director

Rakesh Patel, who leads the Transaction Services team at Adler Shine, is a veteran in real estate transactions, having participated in over 40 public company deals, specifically in the real estate sector.

He brings a wealth of experience to his role in the areas of acquisitions, disposals, mergers, private placements and initial public offerings of real estate companies. He is currently a member of the boards of directors of multiple public companies.

With a Corporate Finance qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Rakesh has also held various leadership positions in the industry, including Group Financial Controller at Ryman, Contessa, and La Senza.

Mr. Patel, a prominent figure in the real estate industry, is an active member of Bochasanwasi Shri Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS), a socio-religious Hindu charity, where he serves as a director of its trading subsidiary.
