With over 11 years of experience in real estate investment, Mike has completed projects ranging across 1400 acres, 80% of which has been lakefront property. Mike has a proven track record of more than $120 million in sales value through finding, purchasing, subdividing, developing and selling large lakefront acreages.

Mike’s deep understanding of the complexities and nuances of the real estate market, combined with his ability to navigate the local political and utility landscape, enables him to facilitate a smooth development process.

Mike’s interest in real estate sales started in high school when he helped his grandfather sell lots in a small development on Lake Palestine. A go-getter from his early days, Mike is also skilled in unique online marketing strategies through which he has facilitated the sale of large waterfront tracts in East Texas and 230+ country club lots near College Station, Texas.
