Kim Diamond (KIM)

Kim Diamond is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate, structured finance, and debt capital markets industries.

Throughout her career, Kim has held leadership roles, including her role as Managing Director, Global Leader of S&P's US Commercial Mortgage Ratings Group, and Founding Executive and Senior Managing Director at Kroll Bond Rating Agency, Inc.

Additionally, Kim served as a Founding Principal and Head of Structuring and Credit at Crescit Capital Strategies (Crescit), a middle-market, commercial real estate debt lending platform.

Kim is a member of the Board of Governors of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) and served on the Commercial Board of Governors (COMBOG) for the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University, and an MBA from Columbia University.
