Gopi Ramaseshan

Partner, Co-Head of Construction Planning and Development

Gopi Ramasheshan is a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate expert. With his wealth of experience in real estate development and construction, Gopi co-manages all construction planning and development activities for Land Global. He is responsible for overseeing all projects and ensuring that they are successfully delivered on time and within budget.

After earning a Master's Degree in Management, Gopi started his career in the USA as a Management Consultant focusing on business transformation engagements for leading Global Fortune 500 clients while working for companies such as PWC and IBM.

As a co-founder and partner at Real Estate Value Creation (RECV) and a Managing Director of TXI Builders, Gopi has been instrumental in the conceptualization and successful execution of numerous development projects across the DFW metroplex, including single-family student rentals, multi-family townhomes and single-family built to rent (BTR) communities, with an emphasis on creating and realizing value.
