Dipika Patel (DEE)

Dipika Patel, affectionately known as Dee, has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry across the United States. She has extensive expertise in developing, managing, and transacting hotels in the select service and full-service segments, as well as managing investment exposure in multi-family properties and other types of real estate.

Being a third-generation hotelier, Dipika is well-versed in the intricacies and subtleties of the lodging sector. In the past 10 years, she has personally developed 25+ hotels, transacted 50+ hotels, and created and owned the boutique hotel brand “Hayden” in NYC. She has held leadership roles in numerous real estate ventures.

Dipika spent 14 years on Wall Street working with leading banks and private equity firms. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from the Business School of Manchester and an MBA in Business Management from NYU. She also holds a Six Sigma black belt certification in process management from GE’s Jack Welch Academy.
